THE BEGINNING
The Best Host was founded in the early of 2019, where 2 colleagues were in real estate industry sharing their passion about set up a property management company offer shortterm rental and homestay management service for their clients and investor. They decided to start up a property management business together but not sure what it would be? Then, two of the colleagues come up an idea to do a short stay business together that they can share Malaysia’s culture to the world. Their mission is to help travellers to feel the world in an easier, simpler and more convenient way. That’s why they named The Best Host – to provide comfortable spaces to welcome travellers from all around the world.
They started first few homes, they saw the growing opportunity and demand among the travellers. The initial small idea grew to be a mission of them. They partner with developers, investors, home owners and hosts to share their expertise on homestay management, interior design, property caretaking and short-term rentals. They grew quickly, with units under management growing from word of mouth, and currently operate close to 30 units in Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.
Through their investment packages such as Host programme, they help property investors boost sales & maximize returns by increasing sales channels & providing technological solutions.
